National Geographic Adventurers of the Year 2012 – Danny MacAskill

There is a great interview with Danny MacAskill on National Geographic website. Danny MacAskill has been short listed for the 2012 Adventurers of the Year Award and is against some tough competition including mountaineer Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner and the climber Cory Richards.

The interview is not that long but does give us a sneak peak into what Danny MacAskill gets up to, and what he was up to before he became a pro rider.
Danny shot to fame last year after being involved in the Channel 4 series ‘Concrete Circus’ which some of the best urban street stars had to put together a video, that would hopefully go viral.

Danny along with his camera man Stu Thomson created a short film called Industrial Revolution, which has no clocked up over 4 million views on Youtube. If you have yet to see the video Industrial Revolution you can find it below.
